What to do if you struggle with visualization?

For visualization, you need relaxation, as previously mentioned. But also you need time. Especially if you struggle to visualize, you need to set aside some quiet minutes to train your visualization muscle. My personal advice is to either practice visualization in the morning or at night before sleep.
